I’ve spent my career (almost 20 years), navigating creativity, entrepreneurship, and change, across five countries and three continents. What’s driven me from the start? Curiosity, independence, and a belief in doing things differently.

I began in the music and creative industries, working with artists and visionaries. Fast-paced, expressive, bold and always evolving. It taught me how to lead with intuition, stay grounded in values, and move forward with clarity.

Today, I bring that same energy into coaching and consulting. With a neuroscience-informed approach and sharp strategic tools, I help individuals and entrepreneurs cut through noise, unlock momentum, and take aligned action.
